Urgent maintenance requests and accident reports must always be made by calling the facility maintenance on-call number. The on-call numbers are available 24 hours a day, including holidays.
Urgent reports include water damage, leaking roof, flooding drain, broken exterior door and defective lift with people inside it. Facility maintenance is also responsible for opening doors.
In an emergency (e.g. fire or an ongoing burglary), always call the emergency number 112 first.
