The support site is a data bank intended for the tenants of the Studio Foundation. You can find instructions on, e.g., the following topics:

Unfortunately, the support site is currently only available in Finnish. English translations of the support pages will be published in autumn 2026.

How to contact the Studio Foundation

1. Urgent matters concerning the property

If you have an urgent matter concerning the property or workspace you have rented (e.g. water damage, leaking roof, flooding sewer, broken exterior door or lift with people inside), call the facility maintenance on-call number. See the contact details for facility maintenance services

2. Non-urgent matters concerning the property

If you have a non-urgent matter concerning the property or workspace you have rented (e.g. maintenance request, fault report, modification application or key order), fill in a contact form. The form will direct the information to a system that allows us to process your case more quickly. Fill in the contact form

3. Matters concerning the payment of rent

If you have a matter concerning paying your rent (e.g. you want to know if you have any rents due, you have lost your invoice or you want more information about a payment reminder), please contact our accounting firm’s contact person:

4. Other matters
