Improving international working opportunities of visual artists has been one of the main aims of the Foundation.
The opportunities provided by the Foundation – residency exchanges, the Tapiola Guest Studio and the studio buildings abroad – benefit plenty of artists annually.
The Foundation has since early 2000’s also served as a cooperation point of the Finnish arts residency sector.
